Parcel was due on the 9th, I've had no update.

States parcel out for delivery with Amazon , but with a Hermes tracking number , which according to hermes is at their depot , looking at the reviews might be in time for next Xmas , if I had known Hermes was going to be used I wouldn’t have bought it , have a horrible arrogant delivery guy who comes to my estate and pushes the open door to gain a photo even when it’s not the correct address

COOHHA0292983087 parcel Has not been delivered....Unable to find address. Can the parcel be sent back to senders address

Hi can you please tell me how long my order is going to be delivered you said it was to be delivered on Saturday 10 12 2022 still not received it.

Poor service, parcel been with courier for 2 weeks, no communication

Parcels arriving over a week late, tracking been saying out for delivery today for 10 days now absolutely diabolical no customer service at all

I believe my parcels have as much chance being delivered as the Titanic docking

Your company is the worst I have ever experienced. You have list my parcel customer service totally unacceptable. Di us all a favour and close your business because you clearly lost control with your systems. Failure to deliver on 8/12 told lies that you called couldn’t get me in and left a calling card. This is not true at all I was in 24/7 and you did not leave a calling card and you could have posted thru my letterbox because the parcel content is a very thin blouse You have failed to update your tracking details not moved since 8 Dec.my parcel was originally ordered from M&S by next day delivery. What a joke! M @S then contact you and tell me you couldn’t find my address. I live in Edinburgh on a busy main road, I again do not believe this response. I have emailed your CEO however he doesn’t answer any of my emails ! My whole experience with EVRI HAS BEEN A TOTAL STRESSFUL ANXIOUS INCOMPETENT AND DEALING WITH THE UNTRUTHS IS DUFFICULT TO DEAL WITH. AFTER THIS SITUATION IS EVENTUALLY TESOLVED. I WILL NEVER KNOWINGLY USE YOR CRAS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. I WILL NOR PLACE ANY MAIL ORDER WITH COMPANIES IF THEY USE EVRI TO DELIVER PARCELS. YOUR COMPANY IS THE PITS!

I have always had problems with Hermes, but this one tops the list, I had a order to be due delivered Friday with another, so they delivered one parcel uploaded the proof of delivery then went back to his van and then marked my other parcel as missed ? It was 2 minutes apart from each other so they are clearly liars I have the proof! It’s so annoying. And now they won’t re deliver my parcel what was in the van ? legit the worse delivery company ever.

Absolutely terrible been waiting since 28th November still no parcel they are a disgrace of a company don’t deserve anyone’s business

Parcel was due on the 12th of December but they tried to deliver on the 11th which was a Sunday as its a business no note was left to say when they will try and deliver again nothing was left
