I always wish for somebody else but Hermes to have my packages

Was due on 5th December and still waiting and no updates degusting and not happy won't be using hermes again.. And not first thing late ?

Totally useless, did not deliver and tried to pass off a photo from Google Street as proof of delivery and delivery time when site unmanned

Looks like we not going to have Christmas tree this year thank so much evri for your bad service again. Next time will ask which delivery service before ordering any thing I have to parcel at the so called local depot. This is the first time been let down by you lot.

What a load of crap they are. Collected 30 November dispatched 8 December then said delivered to out building at 18:11 on the 4 December what the hell. Get told sorry for the delay and it would be delivered today 13/12/22 Not worthy of any stars ?????

I ordered 9 boxes of chocolates for a nursing home on 1 December. The excuses for not arriving are lost, parcel bigger than they thought; needs a special courier, having problem funding the location. I have purchased now from the shops. The goalposts on my refund from Amazon keep moving as it may still arrive. Absolute shambles

What an absolute joke my parcel ha been at the national sorting hub for 16 days now with no movement beginning to think I could have walked there to collect it an we should be able to leave a negative rating not one star

Dreadful. You have had my parcel since 1st Dec, tracking says on hold and then delayed. When I ring it’s automated and gives me the same message. This is a Xmas gift. Very dissatisfied thus far.

Why do my parcels say for days on its way but doesn't get out for delivery and why are they saying we have your parcel but takes days after to receive it. Need to keep customers up to date.
