Would give 0 stars but not an option. Our local lady is fab but the Hermes service to get to her is utterly awful. They should never be used! Avoid

Still waiting for parcel orderd it on the 8th December still not arrived

I was meant to receive my delivery last week, i then get a message saying it’s going to be late and that it will be with me between the 13 and 18th December, however the company are staying they still haven’t got it, yet Amazon say the seller has sent it. I need these items for Christmas. This is disgusting how delivery company can do this.

What an appalling company no way of contacting them had parcels since 29th November and still not been delivered these are Christmas present shame on you ????

Same experience as other comments. 3 wèeks, no parcel, no information. If only someone from this company would read the . comments . Don't they realise without customers they wouldn't have a job.

My items have been at the depot till the 2nd if December! And no news after that

Package delivered OK.... BUT, WAS KEFT 8N MY GREENHOUSE AND NO NOTE TO SAY SO!! at this time of year, we are not going into the greenhouse, so no idea it was there!! Please make sure a note us pit through the door to say it's been delivered and where its been left!

Over two weeks my parcel been in sorting and still hasn’t left

I don't why is everyone giving so many bad reviews, but for me how many times they sent me deliveries, everything was good.

Worst company on the planet.... Do not use them, it's better if they go out of business, you will get the same on existent service!
