3 orders since the 8th of December however they still haven't arrived and no information to give! terrible courier !!

Waiting for 3 separate parcels , all saying delayed for over 2 weeks now ! They’re all being sent back for a refund if they ever arrive , don’t want any of them now , absolutely useless company , why do people use them ?

What a waste of space been waiting for my parcel since the 1st of December

Once again Hermes has let me down. Then again I’m not surprised lol. Arriving today by 8pm. as usual running late same as last package I’m awaiting on the inevitable your package maybe lost. Still they might surprise me ???

Never use this company.. absolutely rubbish my parcel has been with them for weeks...

Used this company before, never had any problems till now & like many many customers now waiting for long overdue parcels. Stuck in local depot saying in transit since end of November?.. Get move on Hermes please for us all to have our parcels.

Atrocious, parcel due 8th December, never arrived and no updates from Hermes. 0 out of 10

Aload of rubbish never on time and all ways leaves my parcals the rubbish in my garage i would never use them

My items keep going missing

I was supposed to receive the package on December 5th, I received it today, December 14th, and the driver broke the door of the shed so he could leave the package there and not at the place where I noted

Not happen with this service you have had my item since the 30th November and still no joy in my item not happy they need to fix up bec its me that it losing money and running around try8ng to see what going on they don't even answer the to help
