Supposedly received parcel! However 2 weeks later, no delivery, abysmal service, don't use.

Hi could you deliver my item today bcoz I missed it yesterday as the tracking information wasn’t up to date it didn’t see I’m received g my parcel today

I’d give them zero Collected 29nov fir my sons birthday tracking hadn’t been updated since It’s 2weeks overdue Website has wrong info about contacting - Tel numbers dont work, no facility to talk to anyone This company don’t deserve to be on business Everything is wring about them Over 5 years we’ve never had a delivery on time - now it’s so bad guy cannot talk to them - they should be shut down I’d sort them out on 3 months

If I could give MINUS 1 million stars it would be about correct , terrible delivery company, the couriers are ACE, but the company NOT !!! How do you get in contact with them??? No one knows ?

Never ever using this courier AGAIN...Parcels NEVER get delivered ? "Unexceptible"!!..

If you can, don't use Hermes. They are middle age company.

2 years ago they didn't deliver my parcel. Was about £150.I have spoken with them to solve the problem but nothing happened. Very poor customer service. Unfortunately the seller using it. If i knew it, i was meant to cancel the order ot to use other company.

Really disappointed with the delivery service. Not kept up to date, same message all the time

I ordered a posyka on December 1, half of the order arrived on December 4, and I'm waiting for the second half, on December 15( still not here) complete irresponsibility!!!

Still waiting now 10 days, how much longer

My package was due to be delivered on 29th November. It is now 15th December. Tracking says the parcel is 'on hold'. Absolutely shocking service if they can't even get the basics right.

Did not revive item that was apparently delivered

This service is diabolical

I cannot even rate this service with 1 star, absolutely disgusted with the service and lack of tracking information

I am still waiting for my item should come on the 13th December
