Been in the depot since the 6th. It's part of a Christmas present but it doesn't look like it's gonna get here in time. Why do people still use this crappy delivery company?

Was suppose to get a parcel delivered today by 8pm, it's my son's Xmas present, it is now 7:23pm and it's still sitting in their depot, where it has been sitting for 3 days, no updates about it or nothing, terrible service

very bad system and working people not respecting shipments

Absolutely rubbish service supposed to have my gift for a Birthday present no later then the 9th it turned up on the 13th. Will use a different service next time.

Yet ANOTHER PARCEL THATS GONE MISSING. TRADING STANDARDS NEED INFORMING. IM WAITING FOR MY AUTHOR COPIES OF MY BOOK I MIGHT SUE THEM FOR ALL MY REFUNDS.DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE.

Had my parcel since 9th Dec. Still waiting on 15th

Waiting nearly a month for my parcel now and it’s nearly Christmas , all you keep saying is that there’s a delay

Didn’t even knock or leave note or attempt to deliver in any way

Very slow delivery pay for next day amd takes 3 days to arrive

Yet again another next day delivery FAILED !!!

3 weeks today still waiting. Parcel where is it? Usel

Must be delivering on foot!!! useless company -10/10

If I could give zero stars I would. by far the worst delivery firm there is. you have one job and yet you constantly fail to meet even the lowest of standards.

Supose to get delivery On Tuesday but didn't recive it , since then my delivery status didnt change i can just see when your parcel will be out we will let you know . Cant even contact them . Dont recomend at all

Been waiting for a parcel that should arrived on 10th December. Tracking not working.
