Had my Parcel since the 4th now the 16th rubbish

We have been waiting for a parcel since the 4th December, it's now the 16th.... And still not here! Rubbish service

WORST COMPANY EVER STILL NO PARCEL I HAVE REPORTED THEM NOW AND TO ombudsman AND STANDERS OF FAIR TRANDING YOU HAVE STOLEN MY DISABLED GRANDSON XMAS GIFTS HOW DARE YOU YOU NEED SHUTTING DOWN I WILL NOT GIVE UP UNTIL YOU ARE OUT OF BUSINESSES AND YOU ARE ALL LAZY LOW LIFES AND LIES YOU TELL IM GOING TO THE PAPERS AS WELL

I have been waiting for my parcel since 7 December it was meant to be next day delivery they lied and said they tried to deliver it i have ring door camra they did not trun up i have sent so many messages you just cant through to them they are going to lose alot of customers on trust pilot worst reviews ever the staft kie they say we will deliver it next day never happens i swear there taken them this order was for my disabled Grandson and i saved for this order i live in a house tgey said they couldn't find it even tho that have been here many times ! Shocking i wont order from companies who use them they should be ashamed of themselves and letting people down something or someone needs to step in and sort them out or shut them down ! There bunch of thieves !

I was supposed to get an ear muff delivered on the 14th of Dec, it's showing Hermes have received it since on the 5th of Dec and am yet to get it.

Always says unable to deliver when we are always home. Liers

Only gave 1 star cos it won’t let me award 1/4 of a star. List of things they’ve given like late delivery and we tried delivering etc but it’s actually never been out for delivery since LAST FRIDAY, 6 days ago now and still nothing delivered! Useless service and I’ve no idea when to expect items now and these are Xmas items!!! ?‍♀️?

Had my parcel since the 7th/8th December, was meant to arrive on the 9th… it got lost and was told it would be the 15th… yet here we are with no parcel… Royal Mail are on strike and still doing better… sort it out!!

Been waiting for a parcel since 4th Dec, tracking confirms has been with Hermes since the 5th…..it’s now the 15th was Ty Xmas looming. WTF! I would give zero stars if I could.

Suppose to have a parcel delivered yesterday until 8pm today. But still in depo been sat there for 2 weeks now. Poor standard and service. This company is disgraceful need to be put into liquidation

Parcel ordered on 30th November and it was delayed but supposed to be delivered by 6th December. Still waiting ....??
