Second parcel in 10 days that is supposed to have been left in a safe place and there is no sign of it anywhere!!!

I was told my parcel was out for delivery 25 November but I am still waiting

Package ordered 4 Dec, 15 Dec still no package tracking number pointless still pending? I've now given up getting the parcel, I will be avoiding any seller on amazon etc that uses this bag company in the future christmas ruined thanks to this cowboy firm

I have been waiting for my parcel for more than a week. It's in depot for a week. How long does it take to deliver it? Your services are very very bad.

Waiting a month for a parcel to appear. After two weeks. Hermes told me it was lost so the retailer sent me a replacement. The original appears to have been found and should be delivered today. Eventually will also get the replacement too once that arrives a few days later. What a shambles!

Waiting on a delivery no updated communication was told at delivery depot 3 day's ago now delayed by a so called major problem not good enough would never order from anyone who use this company for deliveries again should be a minus 1 star
