Wish i knew before i ordered that it was going to be this lot bringing it to me. Don't tell you anything about your delivery was meant to be here Friday and in the past using this lot just leaving parcels at your door without telling you

I'd rather give no stars but had to give 1. Been waiting for a parcel since the end of November and still no sign of it. Tried to call but can't get to speak to a human so have to go though a robot online to then be told someone will be in contact but no phone call just an email back using black Friday as an excuse.... i don't see how 1 company can lose so many parcels,, very bad company. DO NOT USE!!!

Tracking say, 5th Dec. it at the HUB being processed it's now 16th Dec how long does it take ????? Absolutely ridiculous...how do you stay in business . .

Ordered electric heater on the 6th Dec from Amazon... unfortunately the supplier sent it via Hermes. They picked it up on the 6th.... no progress for over a week...then hurrah went out nfor delivery yesterday. Just got another message saying today, they couldnt make it and will be delivered next working day. So Ibleave after 2 weeks of freezing for 2 weeks away. Another epic fail by Hermes. Not sure why suppliers still use them??

Due to be delivered 10/12/22 still waiting with no update. Been sat in local hub for 6days now. 16/12/22 what a joke, delivery dates should not be shown if cannot complete or at least correctly updated.

Was supposed to get parcel on Tuesday. Now Friday and still says it’s in the hub. So many one star reviews, this tells you all you need to know. Shocking service!
