Ordered item 8th December with guaranteed next day delivery. According to tracking info its still being processed at the hub. Its now the 17th . I have no faith in getting this now. I have requested a refund from the sender and they can argue with Hermes. Doesn't deserve 1 star even.

Stop accepting more parcels if you can't fulfil what people are paying for. You are literally stealing money and parcels at this point now... TRADING STANDARDS need to step in.

Hi , just a follow up from my previous review: my item arrived today. I ordered on 30th Nov, expected arrival date was 7th Dec, jumped to 12th Dec , then delayed then your item might be lost. I had already contacted the seller complaining.Finally arrived today

If I could leave no stars I WOULD!!! my item has not arrived and is over 3 days late, there is no contact number for HELP and no updates. My item cost me nearly £1000 on 48hrs tracked and all they keep saying is ITEM TO BIG FOR LOCAL COURIER TO DELIVER WILL ARRANGE DELIVERY SOON. It's a disgrace how their service works and they treat customers, I live near local depot and if parcel not hear by Monday I'm going there to get what's mine!

Still waiting for a delivery what should have been on the 13th and it still has not arrived and had no update

Absolute garbage, if you need a parcel on time don’t rely on Hermes.

I have been awaiting my parcel since the 12.12.22 they say it’s delayed because off bad weather this company is a joke better using Royal Mail I would not give them stars if it was my choice it would be minus stars

Came home to find a little “Sorry I missed you…” little paper completely blank not filled at all. When putted the tracking number on Hermes website states that delivery was left on my front porch. There was no parcel at my front porch and no parcel nowhere to be found!

Was supposed to receive item few days ago then yesterday said it was out for delivery and still never received item I am still waiting.

Waiting for delivery been at gateway depot since the 12th should have arrived on 15th but still not here can't even ask anyone what going off. Other things have arrived by hermes after the 12th so this must be lost in the depot dreadful

I never received my parcel. I was told it was running late and all at once it was supposedly delivered 7 days earlier. How could I find something I didn’t even know I received? No one was home that day so where is my parcel?
