  • Worse delivery company! My heart fell when the item I'd ordered said it was to be delivered by them! Why do companies use them!!!!

  • My order( H01PJA0037188151) which was due to be delivered over a week ago(9/12/2022) has still not been delivered or an attempt made for it to be delivered. On tracking it’s been stuck at on point since 8/12/2022. I am disappointed!

  • Received parcel but had to log on to find that out when it was overdue. "delivered to a secure location" is not much help. A note through the door to say it had arrived would have been useful. Also my dustbin is not what I regard as a secure location.

  • Been waiting for my parcel H0253A0007690825 13.12.22, should've arrived then but still no sign of it and today it's 17th and weekend, was a gift too. Very disappointing service, won't be ordering anything again that's getting delivered by this company!. Can't even speak to anyone!!!. Very very poor service!.

  • I have unfortunately had many Hermes delivery for several things over the last few years and honestly have never seen a worse delivery firm don't use them if you have a choice. 80% is late the other 10%never arrives and at least 5% is broken or damaged on arrival. Never able to actually speak to a person unless you pay through the nose on their stupid phone line which is never actually any help.

  • Ordered item 8th December with guaranteed next day delivery. According to tracking info its still being processed at the hub. Its now the 17th . I have no faith in getting this now. I have requested a refund from the sender and they can argue with Hermes. Doesn't deserve 1 star even.

  • Hi , just a follow up from my previous review: my item arrived today. I ordered on 30th Nov, expected arrival date was 7th Dec, jumped to 12th Dec , then delayed then your item might be lost. I had already contacted the seller complaining.Finally arrived today
