Utter garbage company, almost every parcel coming from them is a day or more late. Why do companies continue to use these fools?

Said it was out for delivery today so stayed in and nothing been delivered

Herms your a total waste of space I dread buying stuff off eBay or anywhere then find out your the courier it puts the fear of god into me because I know I am not getting my package your a waste of space

Absolutely disgusting (Non) delivery service, paid for next day delivery and almost a week on my parcel has not been received by my customer and the tracking info states delivered securely, the following day it states delayed delivery, the following day after that delivery due 4pm-9pm and it didn't get delivered, then again today another message to say that delivery was unable to be made and it will be next working day!! NOT ACCEPTABLE for a postage which was paid for to have next day delivery!! Never again shall I use this company!! I'll be going for compensation as this has had a knock on effect on my ebay selling account now too!

Worse delivery company! My heart fell when the item I'd ordered said it was to be delivered by them! Why do companies use them!!!!

My order( H01PJA0037188151) which was due to be delivered over a week ago(9/12/2022) has still not been delivered or an attempt made for it to be delivered. On tracking it’s been stuck at on point since 8/12/2022. I am disappointed!

Had 4 parcels to be delivered 3 arrived late and one still to arrive. Tracking is a waste of electricity

Received parcel but had to log on to find that out when it was overdue. "delivered to a secure location" is not much help. A note through the door to say it had arrived would have been useful. Also my dustbin is not what I regard as a secure location.

Been waiting for my parcel H0253A0007690825 13.12.22, should've arrived then but still no sign of it and today it's 17th and weekend, was a gift too. Very disappointing service, won't be ordering anything again that's getting delivered by this company!. Can't even speak to anyone!!!. Very very poor service!.

Hermes changed their name to Evri, no wonder because every parcel gets lost in transit.

Items stolen by Hermes on route. Then tried to get out of paying comp negation. Disgusting.

I have unfortunately had many Hermes delivery for several things over the last few years and honestly have never seen a worse delivery firm don't use them if you have a choice. 80% is late the other 10%never arrives and at least 5% is broken or damaged on arrival. Never able to actually speak to a person unless you pay through the nose on their stupid phone line which is never actually any help.
