Tracking poor still not received my parcel almost 2week over due

Item not turned up no update no help no support and still no one knows anything. Absolutely joke of a company.

Never ever had a problem with Hermes. Always followed the tracking app. Parcels have always arrived when stated. Delivery girls are great and polite, can't fault them at all.

Shambles. 3 separate parcels missing. Tracking all over the place. Emails giving conflicting or false information.

Very bad service

I have been waiting for my parcel that was supposed to come on 9th or 12th December and it still hasn’t come

Absolute joke of a delivery company. Has been out for delivery for over a week. Was a kids birthday present and still hasn’t arrived!! And by the looks of it it’s not going to be here for Christmas too going by the reviews.

My parcel came early and very happy with the delivery company as was not expecting it yesterday

As others on here have found parcel is on their tracking as delivered. Apparently as they delivered on different day I was out so they left it in my shed. Problem is I DON'T HAVE A SHED. I avoid purchasing if I know you are delivering.

Terrible service. I have been waiting 3 weeks for one package and 8 days for another. Still waiting. I received a package from Canada today that was posted 4 days ago! Great service from DPL!

Had my parcel since 18th November still not arrived ?

Have still not received my parcel and no change since the 8th December.

Iv got email to say my item had been delivered yesterday 2.15 I was home and no one called in looked in my usual safe place not there so where is it... Its a big item.. No photo nothing

just recieved parcel 4 weeks late, others still waiting for one. Good news have received £20 from supplier in compensation for late deliveries.
