Absolutely shocking service. Wating for couple parcels for over a week now. No message explaining the reasons. Hermes get it together you have Never been reliable for deliveries. Crap service!

Left package on doorstep even though there was a note on the door to leave in waterproof box by back gate, package soaked from rain electrical equipment ruined. Disgusting
