Had my parcel since 4th December still waiting 19thdec hermes are a joke

Ordered a full sized metal dustbin on 27 Nov not arrived, contacted seller they sent out another bin and that has not arrived either. How can you loose 2 90l metal dustbins ??? Its a joke

A rubbish service I was in but apparently they have delivered it to a neighbour but they have failed to say which one this company should never be trusted to deliver anything!

Your delivery service is very bad . I ordered on 16th and asked for next day delivery the 17th , but I have still not yet received it. It was a very urgent parcel for me which I had to send to India with someone, but YOU guy’s messed it up.

Hermes picked my bed parcel on the 8/12/2021 and I am still waiting for it today, 19/12/2021. It’s on the depot since the 12/12/2021. What take it so long?! I bought a wardrobe 5 days after the bed and it was delivered last Wednesday, but another carrier of course.

Crap company crap service should be not used by anybody

Your service is really bad I had a relative send me a parcel with my kids xmas presents I what was picked up on the 22nd nov it was last updated on the 3rd dec saying parcel bigger than expected to allow 48hrs its been with you all this time what's going on my kids will have no presents sort this out pls

Worst delivery service company ever!! They leave items on streets in middle of nowhere and say it’s been delivered they steal parcels and give them away to different addresses and there’s NOTHING we can do about it

Still awaiting heavy package which they say they tried to delivered on 24th. I’ve no notification of this. Can someone please help

I've been waiting for a parcel to arrive and its go missing while in transit your company has got a reputation bad its not good for your business when not only my parcel but uther people's stuff goes missing as well bunch of cowboys .

Says my item is delivered but question is where is it as usual my item is not at my address ? when are you ever going to get it correct your booming useless

Wouldn't use this poor excuse of a company even if it was free. Worse delivery record and as for customer service, you've got more chance of speaking to the dead. Not even worth 1 ?
