You have had several of my parcels since the 9th !! What are you doing

STILL waiting on a delivery 5 days late. STILL being sorted yet info says driver keeps rescheduling. Just need my money back yo buy the items again for Christmas. Useless company.

2 parcels still missing since mid November Useless

My parcel had apparently been delivered to my address. The time stated it was delivered I was in the house. However I have not received this parcel and doesn’t tell me where the parcel has been left or if it has been left with a neighbour. Absolutely ridiculous service especially when the parcels are paid for and not necessarily cheap either. Wouldn’t even rate you 1 star for your service but unfortunately it’s the only option I have. This is something you should seriously look into and stop mucking about with parcels people are expecting.

And there it is, my 6th parcel added onto the ‘lost’ list this year? absolute joke of a company, I’ve also been in at times when they haven’t knocked and just dumped them on the floor free to the world, shocking service shame you have to mark 1 star minimum

Well bought something on ebay on 10/12/22 and its been at the hermes gateway ever since. It was supposed to be delivered today.

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH POSTAL SERVICE. everytime something get sent through hermes I get late parcels every time. Do not use hermes. If I could rate a zero I would! Even with royal mail taking strike my package still arrived faster. Honestly hermes is a disaster. Over the years of dealing with this crap I have finally had enough. Ive had too many packages go missing and the packages I do get are always late. Pathetic.

This must be the worst courier ever, pay for 2day delivery it takes 5to 7 days abysmal service,.

Now have a claim in as the item is classed as lost after nearly a month. Now its out for delivery and the customer is now in Mexico. To late. Stop delivering in tiny cars. Get some vans.

Parcel not delivered despite being with carrier from 19th November. Stated attempted deliver almost 2 weeks ago....

Ordered a camping taro Dec 4 from a UK seller, still no parcel Dec 19! Worst delivery firm of All time!!! Tried to track my package Via Hermes online ànd low ànd behold!!! Parcel at delivery depot since Dec 5?? I've given up all hope of my parcel as it's likely been ddumped in local woods?? Well I'll be looking closer at any UK sellers and small companies that use this not fit for purpose cowboy firm as it can be bad for sales and damage the reputation of all small companies using Hermes/evri, buyer's beware to avoid disappointment

If I could give them Zero I would - Hermes/Evri must be the worst delivery company on the planet!! Tracking says it’s been delivered but reality is - I was home all day and this item has definitely not been delivered!!!

Apparently my parcel was “accepted by Hermes 14.12.2023. I have a tracking number, and that tells me -that my parcel was accepted by Hermes! So what? The tracking number might just as well be a lottery number! No idea where the parcel is (if in the UK) or any other information! I will stop ordering any items where the seller uses Hermes, because the system of “tracking” contravenes the trade’s descriptions act! The parcel is “nowhere”. Can I give a rating of 0? Because this does not deserve a 1! It is now 18:00 19.12.2022, and Hermes have apparently done nothing with the parcel! Total joke!!
