Terrible service many different packages are lost says on website out for delivery but never arrived cannot speak to anyone. If I buy anything online I now message the seller to see who will be delivering the item if it’s Hermes I will not buy or give the seller the option of sending though another company

Usually i avoid merchant using Hermes, but failed to notice this time. Did not disapoint, deliver in more than 10 days.

Dreadful, do not ever use

Oh well my parcel was dispatched dec 4th, still same bot response parcel at depot blah blah, it's now Dec 20, how it takes 16 days to deliver a parcel from a UK seller is amazing, given up all hope of getting my parcel delivered by this so called delivery firm, local news reported piles of dumped parcels ien local woods! So!! A refund is in order and a lesson learned!! Research which delivery firms are used by seller's and company's before placing an order to avoid non delivery by these cowboys, small companies needs to up Thier game and avoid business with Hermes and evri

The worst delivery company I haver seen. Unbelievable how I am waiting for a parcel for a week and for the second time they say that the driver try to deliver and no one was answering the door...I got the alexa ring door bell..Guess what no one came and ring it, no one come close to my door trying to deliver something..two times that happen.

Why is there not a Zero star option Looks to me that the problems aren’t with the delivery guys But at the sorting offices Parcel been there for 10 days so far

Hermes - well known as the single worst delivery company operating in the UK. Every time I see the seller I’ve bought from is sending via Hermes, my heart sinks.

I think your system is utterly pathetic, you’ve had my parcel in my local depot since the 12th December and you haven’t delivered it , I’m not happy with your customer service at all

I only gave 1 star as couldn't give none. Absolutely abysmal courier service. 3 parcels now undelivered or lost.

Waited for over a week for delivery twice I stayed in because they said it was going to be delivered still not got it's a disgusting service

I have waited in twice for a delivery. Twice it hasn't arrived. Their wording is very misleading as NO ATTEMPT has been made to deliver. They just ran out of time to deliver my item. 2nd time was delivery to take place up to 8.00. Today it's reading a one hour slot was available between 5.00.600. Very confused! 3rd time lucky? I won't hold my breath.

This is not good enough my parcel should of arrived by now instead it is still at your depot and that was on the 16.12. it now the 20.12 and it is still at the depot
