Over 4 weeks of waiting for my parcel and it’s still sat in the depot, doesn’t look like I’m gonna get it in time for Christmas

Shocking service last update 7th dec tracking number provided nothing since no parcel what a waste of time you are

I order my parcel on the 6th hasn't showed up its not good enough specially when its Christmas!!! I hope you guys aren't stealing parcles like you have done in the past

The worst parcel service in the whole world last parcel attempted to deliver twice apparently and on the end of the day I have to pick it up from certain hob myself and now another parcel was delivered somewhere kant event check where to because tracking number doesn't work

You have had my parcel since the 6th dec. keep changing delivery date! Shocking service. No customer service. It’s a shame the drivers get the brunt of it as I know some who are really good at their jobs. You service needs looking at from the top down, will never order another parcel that comes with this company ever again.
