So frustrating, parcel has been at Hermes gateway for a week. Starting to give up hope of receiving before Xmas. Won't rely on them again

too slow ? you've had my parcel at your local depot for over 10 days

Appalling service, picked my package up on the 6/12/22 now it is the 21/12/22 and still not received it. Very disappointing company

Still waiting on a delivery that I ordered on 4th December Just says it’s being sorted in the senders local depot for about 2 weeks

Abysmal, nearly a week past it's estimated delivery and my parcel is nowhere to be found. Do not use this delivery service.

Said 13th they was delay will be with you 48hours still waiting

Been waiting for delivery for a month now and keeps saying out for delivery then couldn't deliver 2day over n over agen and I need parcel b4 xmas ?

If you want happy customers to receive their items in a timely manner, or at all, DON'T USE HERMES... EVER!

Hold on here we go again with more lies from hermes on the 06/12/2022 my parcel was at there hub on the 15/12/2022 it was at there delivery depo and ready to be sent out to delivery office now 21/12/2022 it is at there hub again they can not even get there lies in order what a bunch of misfits must be in that place again TWILIGHT ZONE hermes new delivery depo

I've been waiting for 2 parcels for my grand daughter for Xmas and still waiting .should of been here Monday
