My order was supposed to be delivered weeks ago still not here tracking info is a joke, it still tells me expected delivery time of 2 weeks ago

Looks like you're making a real effort to ruin as many Christmas mornings as possible this year.. change your company name to GRINCH DELIVERIES!

Spent eleven days waiting for Christmas presents to be delivered to relatives. Delivery was delayed. Presents late. No communication. Absolutely useless company. Wish I'd insisted on DPD. Never using this company again ever!

Terrible service. Hermes has had my parcel since last Saturday, still waiting with no end in sight ! Very poor service. Tracking says they could not deliver due to bad weather Sunday …. What bad weather ?

They lost my phone that was I'd sold. Didn't get paid. So I'm not expecting my bags anytime soon, if at all. It's been a month already and no sign of them.

Very crappy service do not recommend very slow and no response .

Absolutely shocking service. Waited in because they said my item would be delivered by 8 pm then at 8 pm the status changed to a three day window. This window was also missed eventually 13 days after ordering item it finally arrived. No fault of the vendor all the fault of hermes.

Ordered items on the 14th December, Picked up by Hermes on the 15th, Delivery date 21st. Now Hermes says they haven't picked anything up from company i ordered from. Then when i contacted them again they said Driver came but no one was home. Now they have changed Delivery date to the 26th December. Contacting trading standards, hopefully there get another fine.

Terrible tracking. Package was a delivery depot Saturday now missing! May have changed the company name but still same poor service.

Well my parcel was ment to be here on the 7th Dec now its 21st and apparently its been delivered well I've been home all day no 1 knocked my door and there no parcel

Appalling service as ever , why companies use Hermes I have no idea , postman pat would be better and more efficient!!!!!!!
