They received my parcel 3rd December, still not out for delivery ?

Last parcel 'unaccounted for ' most recent parcel was picked up 20 days ago and still not delivered, I dread it when I see that something is being delivered by this company

Terrible, delivered somewhere and left in safe place that wasn't a photo of my front door.

They lost my order, really bad I had an important event !!!

23.11 at dept still there. Crap crap service

Tracking says my item was bigger than expected Ted so they will reorganise another date but no date is showing. It was meant to be delivered today ready for Christmas. How do I contact someone to find out where my parcel is?

Paid for Overnight service now over a week still at your hub

On numerous occasions this service has been chosen by a supplier and I have has nothing but trouble avoid like the plague about sums it up ? I can’t give minus stars

My parcel has being out for delivery for 2 and a half weeks yet hermes haven’t delivered. Moreover this happens every time

Still not received my parcel which was ordered on the 9.12 22 and it is now 22.12.22

Appalling service Item in transit from 9/12 & at local hub on 14/12 & sent to courier. Still not received on 22/12 . Given other similar reviews it appears that fraud is happening on a massive scale. Other couriers do not appear to have same problem. Will no longer purchase anything that delivers using Hermes About as welcome as Herpes
