My experience mirrors many others here. Item in transit from 9/12 & at local hub on 14/12 Now 22/12 & no chance of being received in time for Christmas. Fraudulent Hermes?/Evri?/ more like Herpes

Poor service ITEMS WITH OUT DELIVERY SHOWS DELIVERED

Rubbish ! Order 2 days late & still not arrived ! Tracker is rubbish & communication is terrible! Amazon order through these but no goods arrived !

Worst currier service I’ve ever experienced and I’ve dealt with all main curriers. Parcel sent 19th Dec with a delivery date 22nd.. delays and mess ups with Hermes as resulted in a forecast delivery of 3rd Jan .. what use is that ???????????????????????? I would never choose Hermes over any other currier company..

Delivered on time on the date specified.

Ordered from Amazon on 21st November. Evri attempted delivery on 28th November at my mam's after 8pm, my mam was in bed. Supposed to re-deliver but still wait. This is a Christmas present so not impressed at all!!

I was home and the driver didn’t even attempt the delivery Dec 21st 12.24 pm I saw him outside, sat in van and leave then moments later a notification saying it was an attempted delivery recipient not at home. WTF!

I give no stars saying my parcel been delivered at 8.36 this morning where is my parcel coz its not here. This company is a load of shite not impressed one bit

Terrible service No options if not in No up to date tracking Vague delivery dates

Absolutely shocking the waiting times for a parcel. Been over 2 weeks sat in your depot and it’s a Xmas present. Be no good when it actually arrives!

So many lost and damaged parcels

How can you not deliver parcels when you have had them in your depot for over 2 weeks. Terrible service.

Been waiting since 5th Dec for a oarcrl which is a Christmas present...surprise surprise Hermes have still not delivered. A Joke of a service.

Hope that we never have to rely on the HERMES service again. Not only do they deliver very late they also must tell their delivery people to leave lie!! They claim they tried to deliver our item on the 19th of December but failed, no one in. Our gran, who lives with us, is housebound and hasn't been out for the last 3 years. I'm disabled and very rarely goes out and if I do the wife is home. Lastly if someone had knocked on our door our border collie would have definitely let us know someone was there. Lastly, the instructions were left that if nobody was home (a miracle) the parcel was to be left with a neighbour. As I've said, if it's at all possible, we will not use this service again.

Parcel picked up on 22nov out for delivery on 3rd Dec with another parcel lstone toom back to depo second one delivered on 3 Dec and last parcel sitting in depo from 3rd Dec and no sighed of an update on parcel being delivered christmas presents for kids there going to be some un happy kids when there nothink under tree
