Come on where's my package ? Absolutely useless

1 star is too high a rating, never had a smooth transaction with them

Order was supposed to be delivered on 19th December still not here says it's with Hermes 23rd out for delivery still not here absolutely rubbish

Parcel never turned up says its delivered there lying holding parcels

Nearly 2 weeks late and still waiting

Super speedy delivery, 4 days prior to expected delivery date, in p l e n t y of time for Christmas!

I love the reviews that would gladly sell their house to help Hermes . Employees I think

Still waiting since 23.11

One day late probably due to the Christmas rush so I have no complaints. Delivered early the day after it was due.

Just bizarre as I’ve orders some stuff which gets delivered yet other stuff is on its way and then suddenly says the driver had experienced an unexpected delay. What the hell is that as it was on its way just before. Unless he’s been kidnapped I’ve no sympathy. 3 weeks and waiting.

I ordered these for my son and step son for Christmas on the first December still not arrived very disappointed

Sick and tiered of Hermes. Another year and you totaly mess up with style.How can you have a parcel out for delivery then say its not?? Please explain? You delivered other items to different houses then tell me to speak to the seller? You lot lost the parcel. If I see any sellers using this pathetic company I won't buy. Again hermes you get the golden award for being the worst company ever

Slow service, no information released about parcel, says it been at local depot for 5 days and still not delivered.
