Awful - no updates - now no Christmas! Thanks you you money grabbing waste of time!

The tracking system is rubbish it does not actually tell you anything! My parcel was collected days ago from the supplier Hermès have according to them not collected it yet let alone know when it will be delivered. Come in Hermès wake up and smell the coffee!!

Don’t even deserve one star! Shocking service automated that can’t understand you so unable to get to speak to anyone… sooooo frustrating when all you want to know is why your parcel hasn’t been delivered

Absolute disgrace of a company. I’d ordered something online and was given the 15th December as a delivery date, decided to deliver it yesterday but I have no parcel ? at my front door. It’s safe to say I’m not happy with this, tried calling Hermès and all I get is a useless automated system you can’t get anywhere with

Absolutely shocking! And the automated phone system is a joke also. No way of speaking to someone either just ridiculous computer service. It's a shame you can't pick who the sender sends the parcels through as I would highly refuse to use this company!!!

Just left my parcel from ebay out in the rain. I waited in all morning and had an email to say parcel had been delivered. I thought oh god where have they delivered it to this time not me. A few hrs later a neighbour knocked my door and said there were a few parcels left outside in the rain. And there were my cream trousers just lying there. Along with two of my neighbours parcels. ( live in a block flats) didn't even ring doorbell.

Absolutely shocking’ in future when buying from Ebay I’ll find out the courier before buying’ I’ll never have anything to do with this lot again

How can you say my parcel would arrive before 8pm on the 22nd then it completely disappeared. Then I get a 'we are sorry we are running late your parcel should be with you between the 23rd - 27th. Did the parcel have a breakdown in the van and had to back to your sorting office for therapy?? You got my parcel on the 6th of December. This company is an utter disgrace.You lie through your teeth and tracking. Another Christmas disaster by hermes.Disgusting service !!

No updates, parcel appears to be in depo from over a week now and meant to be delivered yesterday. Very disappointing

Nothing is updating still saying it hasn’t been delivered due to bad weather I live in the north east the weather has been fine for the last week

Very poor service it’s now the 23rd of December 3 days after the delivery date and according to your tracking service the parcels is held in the sorting office and still not out for delivery

I've never had a good experience with harmes my orders have never been on time and if you phone customer survive you can't get anywhere

I dread seeing companies using hermes or "Evri" as I just know its a lottery if my parcel will ever turn up. I will avoid now whenever possible. They've had a parcel for 10 days and I don't feel ill see it the next 10 days. My dad's parcel was thrown in a ditch along with the rest of our villages parcels. Says alot.

Doubt my wife won't be getting her Xmas present. ?ordered and out for delivery from 16.12.22
