What can I say. Worst courier company ever! Have the order missing and what was delivered left out in the rain.

At the hub on the 12th, transferd to the depot on the 15th was supposed to be delivered 19th &22nd. Now it's the 23rd, the depot is just down the road and my parcel is still sitting there...Can I pick it up? NO! Because it's at my local depot. It would have been quicker to drive to the Midlands and pick it up in person.

Christmas present. Been at delivery post since 17th. So annoying but it’s due to lack of staff. The CO’s of these companies should hold their heads in shame but I bet they still take their fat cat bonuses!

The courier said attempted delivery 16, then delivered to neighbour 17th dec, this wasnt true as I live in a remote area with cctv. No attempt made either day, I put in a claim to seller who looked at it, then on 22.d dec, parcel suddenly appears, terrible service where couriers seem to get away with lying all the time! ( it has happened to me numerous times, always Hermes, every other delivery company has no trouble delivering to my home).

Everyone is complaining but due to Royal Mail strikes, Hermes has had to handle and sort a massive amount of parcels. Have people not thought just because it says they have it at their hub, it doesn’t necessarily mean they actually have it. It only flags up as missing once the postal system realises. Just because Hermes is the final handler, it doesn’t necessarily mean they are the company to blame. Lack of drivers due to massive fuel cost, increased insurance premiums, the price of commercial vehicles and this new cost to travel through certain areas, means the drivers wages now are very low. Working long hours, for a low wage, is not very appealing to people looking for work. Especially when nobody gives their local drivers any respect or thanks, for working in all weathers to provide you the customer with a service. Well done Hermes, at least your employees are working. Unlike Royal Mail

I think they one of the better services. At least the tracking actually works. Obviously if tracking is requested and paid for. People expecting full tracking on basic postage and complaining about it. You get what you pay for. Royal Mail tracking is horrendous. Using a premium tracking service shows that Royal Mail handle deliveries, well before they update you. I have had packages in there local sorting office for 14 and 16 days with no update or delivery. I actually live next door to the main area depot and still don’t receive post. Also evri actually make an effort to deliver packages by leaving in a safe place or leaving with a neighbour. 3 of my neighbours are in 90% of the time and would happily take delivery. Hermes is the only service, that actually presses the buzzer next to mine and makes sure I receive my delivery. Thanks Evri.
