eBay seller paid extra for same day delivery so it would arrive on time and though it has been marked as delivered there has been no package received. If I had known it was being delivered by Hermes I would have suggested attaching it to a rock and dropping it in the ocean, it would have stood more chance of making it to me than with these clowns.

If I could give no stars I would. Terrible service every time this carrier is used. Terrible

I pay second day delivery and I still wating for it .when we cheak it's showing its on the way

Arrived at their hub on Nov 30th apparently and still no sign of it !

Still waiting for a delivery that reached hermes hub by the 18th of December (a week ago). So far no delivery. Fair to say efficacy is not present.

Ordered an item on eBay on the 1st of December and was dispatched immediately. It’s Christmas Eve and it never showed up because ‘there’s been an error and we’ll let you know when it’ll be there the next day’

Not impressed no card left and no parcel ,site says delivered but not to me who knows where not where it was supposed to go I normally wouldn't buy an item if delivered by Hermes as they will leave anywhere out side normally in my bin . but royal mail is on strike , lesson learned just don't use them EVER , I'd say cow boys but at least they can ride a horse

Absolutely disgusting items saying delivered when they haven't been been in all day item says delivered at 8.45 Saturday when completely hasn't Christmas ruined again

AVOID!!! No parcel… tracking number invalid on their system even though 3rd party tracking service states delivered. Appalling and shocking service

Ordered on 9th December.. hermes collected the 14th December...23rd december was at heathrow sorting ..was saying that i would be getting delivery today before 8pm.. my partners christmas present.. im so angry with these cowboy delivery company i will be emailing customer services if my parcel does not arrive by 8pm ..if this had no rating i would give these cowboys nothing

Courier said they tried to deliver a parcel by 8.00pm @7.55pm they said delivery was attempted and failed. I was at home and there was no attempt to deliver my order. The courier lied and the seller’s (LAPASA) response via Wrap My Phone was to track my parcel which just says delivery attempted when it clearly was not.

Rubbish service and nonexistent customer support. More interested in selling irritating advertising on the tracking site than actually doing what you have been paid for! Ever tried to get money back after poor or non existent service? Good luck with that!!!!

I have been let down so often by this company that I now go out of my way to ensure that I don't buy from sellers who use Hermes / Evri as a delivery service. A name change doesn't get you far away from your bad reputation for long unless you actually take steps to improve your shoddy service first.

Still waiting on a parcel that is already 5 days late
