Worst service out their will never use again

my parcel has not been delivered I have no information when I will receive it and it has been delivered and signed on the tracker

Been waiting for the product for 10 days no contact from anyone rubbish company

Worst courier company of all time they claim to attempt delivery they will dump items to any random neighbours without you requesting it.

Rubbish…..just deliver my stuff….that’s it.

Waste of space and full of lies. I wont use any company that uses this pathetic service. Parcel out for delivery now no clue where it is. This was with you on the 6th of December. Another round of applause for spoiling so many peoples Christmas. You only get one star because I can't rate you with a 0

Supposed to be delivered 09,12 still waiting, worse than arrow xl wont be buying any items using the crap delivery service or non delivery!

The worst company. Parcel has been "in the delivery hub" for weeks. Doubt I will ever see it. Have ordered it twice now with same outcome. At least amazon will refund me. Don't know why anyone would use this company.

Absolutely shocking didn't notify the the parcel was here and instead of delivering if to my door because they couldn't be bothered left it in the reception area and it got stolen thanks hermes over £100 gone ? this company definitely needs a kick up the arse!!!

Package despatched by ebayer on the 19th December with an ETA of 22nd. It's now the 27th and still no sign of my package,more chance of seeing lord Lucan riding Shergar than getting it this week.

Change of name but no change in the way of operation they are the pits and should not be in business

Awaiting parcel that was received at national sorting hub on 1st December still no sign.
