Dreadful. Saying they haven't received the parcel but sender states Hermes collected parcel over a week ago.

Parcel said delivered . But nowhere to been seen. Its not the first time its happened its all the time i hate receiving parcels from hermes/evri!!

Placed an order on the 13th of December for Christmas and still waiting. The website says that it’s been on hold since the 20th.

Wouldn’t rate this company at all this was supposed to be delivered by 13 December and still hasn’t been received!! Was Christmas presents and no apologies whatsoever Wouldn’t recommend them at all

I am still waiting for my goods. I would not mind it was picked up in Kent. Went all the way up to Rugby to come back south. Joke or what

Order picked up by Hermes on 6/12/22. Still waiting just for an update. Dreadful. Zero stars!

Paid for 2 day delivery on 12th December, still waiting and no updates despite requesting updates. Very disappointing Christmas for my family as it was their Christmas gifts. Won't be using Evri again.
