That company is absolutely rubbish, and I can't rate as 0 pff

Still waiting for delivery over due by 10 days & payed extra for next day delivery worst company don't use them rubbish

Horrible horrible services. Its been like over 2 weeks, my parcel is still stuck in a depot in London and last notification on the status of my parcel was updated over 10 days ago. Still no sign of it getting moved or delivered to me.. absolutely pathetic

Never had my parcle

My parcel was posted via Evri on 8th December. Still nothing. It is the 29th December now. Do not use this company. Everything is lost. They can not do anything

Most useless. Lazy. Crap company in the world. Do not use. Nothing arrived. Nothing ever arrives with Evri.

Absolutely poor, my package still hasn’t come and I hope it comes soon. It’s been stuck on the same delivery page for a week absolutely disgusting behaviour do better for your customers

My 2 parcels were with Hermes from 8th December. Told would be delivered on 21st Dec the delivery put 'on hold' Still waiting.......these were meant to be christmas presents! Marys' donkey would have got here sooner - shame on you!

Says delivered to home address didn't now I lived in my front garden next to the wall what s joke of company left out side in garden in the rain brand new pair of jeans avoid using this company

Dreadful. Saying they haven't received the parcel but sender states Hermes collected parcel over a week ago.

Parcel said delivered . But nowhere to been seen. Its not the first time its happened its all the time i hate receiving parcels from hermes/evri!!

Placed an order on the 13th of December for Christmas and still waiting. The website says that it’s been on hold since the 20th.

Wouldn’t rate this company at all this was supposed to be delivered by 13 December and still hasn’t been received!! Was Christmas presents and no apologies whatsoever Wouldn’t recommend them at all
