We have not received our parcel which was supposed to be delivered on the 10th Dec by urself I've checked the tracking number and its saying not your place .

Awful. Awful. Awful. Something major wrong with this lot. I do a lot of ebay and always make sure they use royal mail. Even on strike they better than this lot. Pathetic isnt the word.i rate one star because i cannot rate lower

Horrible horrible services. Its been like over 2 weeks, my parcel is still stuck in a depot in London and last notification on the status of my parcel was updated over 10 days ago. Still no sign of it getting moved or delivered to me.. absolutely pathetic

My parcel was posted via Evri on 8th December. Still nothing. It is the 29th December now. Do not use this company. Everything is lost. They can not do anything

My 2 parcels were with Hermes from 8th December. Told would be delivered on 21st Dec the delivery put 'on hold' Still waiting.......these were meant to be christmas presents! Marys' donkey would have got here sooner - shame on you!
