I am still waiting for my parcel it was expensive and I can’t get anywhere with it

Told seller my package is delivered even though it’s on there page saying that it’s in their dispatch department. Got a delivery before from them don’t know where they left it but I got a picture of it sitting on a parking space line with a stone on top of it but there’s no parking spots where it was to be delivered to

Waiting on a next day delivery which I payed for. They orgnially changed the date as soon as I payed now it’s saying unable to deliver due to bad weather. The weather is the same as normal. Very annoyed

Absolutely awful service. Tracking system not updated. Tracking details vanish then reappear a week later advising that parcel has been delivered which was not the case. Nightmare company to deal with. Incompetent or dishonest not sure which. Amazed they are still in business given the poor reviews received.

hermes is absolutely disgusting signed football shirts for my sons christmas was supposed to turn up on the 18 th and now they are just telling me they have lost the parcel and they are sorry sort yourselves out
