Only half the chair arrived and can’t get through to anyone to find out where part1 of my parcel is

Waiting on a next day delivery which I payed for. They orgnially changed the date as soon as I payed now it’s saying unable to deliver due to bad weather. The weather is the same as normal. Very annoyed

Awful company, many packages gone missing and or sent to wrong addresses.. always late too..

Parcel delayed with no explanation. Not possible to get an update either. Things happen, but you need to keep your customers updated

Late delivery and still not received my order site states there is a delay but not clear

Absolutely awful service. Tracking system not updated. Tracking details vanish then reappear a week later advising that parcel has been delivered which was not the case. Nightmare company to deal with. Incompetent or dishonest not sure which. Amazed they are still in business given the poor reviews received.

hermes is absolutely disgusting signed football shirts for my sons christmas was supposed to turn up on the 18 th and now they are just telling me they have lost the parcel and they are sorry sort yourselves out

The worst tracking and delivery details

My brother went to work 3 weeks ago for Hermes and he’s still not back. Useless company lol

We have not received our parcel which was supposed to be delivered on the 10th Dec by urself I've checked the tracking number and its saying not your place .

Not a great company at all, tracking is not good, information not available, delivery is hit and miss

Now week 5 waiting for parcel. At the local depot.

Shouldn't even get any stars absolutely crap.

Says item delivered to a safe place but i never received it terrible compamy stay away from them bunch of cowboys

Awful. Awful. Awful. Something major wrong with this lot. I do a lot of ebay and always make sure they use royal mail. Even on strike they better than this lot. Pathetic isnt the word.i rate one star because i cannot rate lower
