Terrible delivery or non delivery still waiting for my parcel since they had it six days ago!!

Item was supposed to arrive today, it's been over a week. I fly out of the country try tomorrow and needed my parcel, the item was delivered to it courier early hours. Waited all day, nothing! Why do companies continue to use these guys, using unemployed people obviously doesn't work as they don't want to do anything with effort! Absolutely ridiculous...

My company is the most useless delivery firm this side of Mongolia, Please sack me

Disrespectful knocks the door like a deaf person mail man fought with customer when delivering the parcel. IMPATIENT

Terrible service, ordered a Xmas tree ? bag to pack it away tidy. Supposed to be delivered on 23rd dec ready but still waiting for it to be delivered in the new year. Won’t be.using this service any more had to many issues with these.

Trash shipping speed and always delay

Never have any issues with my local delivery driver. If I’m not in he will leave the item with a neighbour or in a safe dry location.

I'd give less than a star if it was possible. Parcel left in porch, no note no message to say it had been delivered.

Hermes is total rubbish all the items they do not turn up all the drivers lie and say they've delivered it when they didn't

Your company performance is perhaps best compared to a pile of steaming excrement. Whilst best compared, you still lose. Stolen my son's Christmas present for a second year. Oh well, reading 95% of your reviews, it seems like your company will tank. I will get my refund and my son will still get his missing gift (likely off DPD). You lot will always have to look in the mirror and realise you're massive, wet, soppy...well you know what you are :)

Bought a few things from Amazon and half arrived because it was a different carrier and half have gone to these jokers and what do you know it’s not arrived!! Useless display for a multi-million company

There is not enough negative words that can describe this awful company, it beggers belief that people still use these idiots

Should have their licence revoked. Zero stars from me.
