Where is my parcel it says it has been delivered but no where to be seen. Would give you 0 stars but I cant

I got a message my parcel would be delivered today by 8pm its now 19.45 and guess what no sign. I definitely am disappointed with Hermes service.

Still waiting on my order placed on 5 December. Hermes have not updated their system since the 11th this is now the 28 December and was meant as a Christmas present

Tracking keeps telling me my parcel was out for delivery mid Nov. Guess what still no parcel I have been told it is now under investigation not holding my breath

How you have managed to stay in business? I've never received a parcel from you that's been on Time and not damaged. Sort it out.

Always late and “loosing” parcels

Really very bad service its one month and didnt get my parcel from Range and hermes is so responsible that they delivered somewhere else and no one knows where is my parcel and status is delivered at safe place dnt know where is that safe place really frustrating for me rubbish service

I ordered 2 car parts from the same person and they dispatched my items quickly , before the Christmas I have tracked them today and they have been delayed. One was due to be delivered on the 22nd of December and one today. I need these parts asap as I need to repair my car before next week. I'm not happy with Hermes one bit they are normally quite good

Poor swrvice. I understand you are busy but waiting for an update since 7th december......so where is the parcel ????!!!!!!!

Sent parcel on the 16th of December, it's now the 28th of December and it's still not delivered. Totally unacceptable.

Been waiting weeks for my delivery

Still waiting for an update regarding the delivery of our new 15 tog duvet that was ordered on the 16th of December 2022. Not arrived yet!!

Email says Parcel sent on 20th Dec it's now 27th! I paid a bit extra for the postage to make sure it came in time for xmas, in total £16.30, so annoyed!? Never had such bad service from them before!

Where are my parcels? No updates since you received my parcel 23 days ago, System clearly doesn't work!

My parcel is delayed 10 days now and yet still no update where is it!
