Supposed to be delivered 09,12 still waiting, worse than arrow xl wont be buying any items using the crap delivery service or non delivery!

The worst company. Parcel has been "in the delivery hub" for weeks. Doubt I will ever see it. Have ordered it twice now with same outcome. At least amazon will refund me. Don't know why anyone would use this company.

Absolutely shocking didn't notify the the parcel was here and instead of delivering if to my door because they couldn't be bothered left it in the reception area and it got stolen thanks hermes over £100 gone ? this company definitely needs a kick up the arse!!!

Package despatched by ebayer on the 19th December with an ETA of 22nd. It's now the 27th and still no sign of my package,more chance of seeing lord Lucan riding Shergar than getting it this week.

Change of name but no change in the way of operation they are the pits and should not be in business

Everytime a parcel gets to Hermes depot it never leaves. Worst delivery company ever staff steal all your parcels disgusting company if there is an option i pay extra to have someone else deliver my parcels

The parcel arrived at their office on the 19th of December and was supposed to be delivered on Friday the 23rd of December and upto now it's just quite and no feedback. I'm seeing the reviews and realising that no one really gives them any rating
