Joke been at there depot for over 8 days website qoutes out for delivery, Yea right Dreadful service

No delivery and you have had it since 23.11... useless

Terrible service can’t even get a proper update on delivery says they have had it since 12th December don’t know when I’ll get it ?

I am totally disgusted. My parcel was delayed due to major road incident on Wednesday, its now Saturday and still no sign of it AND NO UPDATE! Why, oh why does folk use hermes?

I’m still waiting for parcel when it should have been delivered in the 22/12/22 and it’s a present for Christmas and no updates about my delivery either

Not impressed with the service, I do not understand why you could not deliver my parcel when the delivery address is clear and easy to find plus had parcels delivered by yourselves before!

This delivery service is a joke!

Would prefer no stars!! My Amazon Prime order of 11th December has been at the delivery hub (apparently) since 15th December and no more updates - a Christmas gift for a friend which I doubt they’ll ever receive. If I’d known it would end up with Hermes I wouldn’t have ordered. Rubbish service!!

So that's a Christmas present that's not arriving in time...thanks, been in the depot since 4th Dec with garenteed delivery by the 18th of Dec....another swing and a miss from hermes

Just had message to say they tried to deliver my parcel but there was no one home. I am literally sat in my window looking at the road. Lies

Parcel sent on 15th December, arrived at my local sorting office on 18th and was waiting on courier, now the 24th and no updates or delivery very poor.

Useless and unreliable. Paid extra for next day delivery (days ago) and nothing. Absolutely disgusting

If u could give a minus ➖️ I would ....dirty rotters have ruined Christmas

Delivered early arrived 24th Dec not due until 7th Jan. excellent service

Have left reviews but never on their system! Funny that!
