Horrible service… been waiting for a delivery since 10 December… very inefficient… updated the delivery options… nothing happened… frustrated

Still waiting you've had it long enough now to have had it delivered I've never known a company like it your reviews are appalling surely you would want to work to improve on performance skills with your staff if you cannot handle the pressure then I think you should call it a day as a company because you just cannot do the job

Terrible service no one should use this company . Still waiting for parcel that they received over a week ago and they still haven’t updated tracking it’s just sitting in the depo since the beginning of December

I will never recommend hermes. Every time they deliver there is a problem and I'm disappointed my most recent online buy used this company. Two days I've received notice of an attempted delivery, both times I've been home waiting on the order. Lazy drivers. No complaints procedure. This company is a massive scam

This is not about the delivery service, more about the supply firm FairySpark. I ordered goods on 6/12/22, still no sign of them and Hermes can’t track the number. So beware folks who read this .Fairy Spark could be a con!! I know a fellow who works for Hermes (as was) ,he goes out of his way to deliver,as in yesterday , he came back some 3 hrs after being in my road , great person .

This company has the brass neck to describe itself as a delivery service! It seems to specialise in picking up parcels and leaving them lying in its depot for infinity. Any company who uses Hermes as their delivery option needs to take a good look at the reviews on here and consider their customers.

Picked up parcel on 12th Dec now 21st Dec no sign ! Will have to try and get a refund ! Absolutely useless

Had my parcel at the delivery depot since the 15th December, its now the 21st and still not delivered it. Says there are delays! Do not use this company.

I'm absolutely disgusted. My package was supposed to be delivered on the 17th. I paid extra for a fast delivery. On the 19th they said someone attempted the delivery which didn't happen, then hermes say they didn't receive my parcel, now they're saying they couldn't deliver yesterday due to bad weather in the area. We had no bad weather at all yesterday or today or the previous week. We didn't even get any snow here during the cold snap we've just had. I will be disputing this. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter who's birthday has now been and gone.

Worst company I’ve ever seen never had one single parcel delivered on the day !! Delayed delayed delayed every single time you shouldn’t even be in business

Ordered the 6th it’s still stuck at the same place since the 9 th the worst experience ever do not ever use

We were at home when a delivery was made, however the delivery person did not ring the bell. Because of this incompetence we did not receive our parcel on the day expected. It must be noted that the "next day delivery" also ended up being 3 days, plus one because of incompetence.
