Seriously unable to deliver because of the weather ?? what a joke

Said delivered item to the porch, not in the porch or anywhere else, was a Christmas present!!

Picked up parcel on 12th Dec now 21st Dec no sign ! Will have to try and get a refund ! Absolutely useless

Had my parcel at the delivery depot since the 15th December, its now the 21st and still not delivered it. Says there are delays! Do not use this company.

I'm absolutely disgusted. My package was supposed to be delivered on the 17th. I paid extra for a fast delivery. On the 19th they said someone attempted the delivery which didn't happen, then hermes say they didn't receive my parcel, now they're saying they couldn't deliver yesterday due to bad weather in the area. We had no bad weather at all yesterday or today or the previous week. We didn't even get any snow here during the cold snap we've just had. I will be disputing this. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter who's birthday has now been and gone.

Worst company I’ve ever seen never had one single parcel delivered on the day !! Delayed delayed delayed every single time you shouldn’t even be in business

Ordered the 6th it’s still stuck at the same place since the 9 th the worst experience ever do not ever use

We were at home when a delivery was made, however the delivery person did not ring the bell. Because of this incompetence we did not receive our parcel on the day expected. It must be noted that the "next day delivery" also ended up being 3 days, plus one because of incompetence.

I have always used this courier service and will continue too, I have never had an issue tracking is aways up to date.

Appalling!!! My item was posted on the 4th of December and is still showing as at the depot now on the 22nd December!! Not received yet!!! I would advise not to rely on Hermes for fast delivery!!
