I am still waiting on my parcel which was dispatched on 2nd December???

Useless useless uswless company, have lost my parcel which is my sons Christmas present, incompetent idiots

One off the worse delivery services parcel been at the hud since the 13th tried contacting them still no joy no Xmas present for someone

Hold on here we go again with more lies from hermes on the 06/12/2022 my parcel was at there hub on the 15/12/2022 it was at there delivery depo and ready to be sent out to delivery office now 21/12/2022 it is at there hub again they can not even get there lies in order what a bunch of misfits must be in that place again TWILIGHT ZONE hermes new delivery depo

I've been waiting for 2 parcels for my grand daughter for Xmas and still waiting .should of been here Monday

Really deserves 0 stars. Parcels never arrive on time.

This is the worst delivery service ever From Birmingham to Manchester it taking two weeks and still not arrived lies about bad weather temperatures is between 9 and 11 degrees.

I have payed £4 for next day delivery and not come ,yes I would be liking a refund.

Hermes had my package since 2nd December still haven't received it ? says they are waiting to receive it,but Amazon says you have already picked it up ages ago so where is it? Joke ??

What a load of rubbish Thieves and liars and company's like the bay must also be working with them as they have made me wait nearly 20 days for my item evri excuse and lie under the sun there new name suits them must also be on tax fiddle as this is why you would also change your name they need to be led to the edge of the cliff and jump of like lemmings all of them are a bunch of melts

10 days delay and still not delivered, worse service !!!!

Parcel supposed to arrive today. Never turned up and no reason left or even contact made to say it would not arrive. Not a great service.
