This company is terrible they’ve had 3 parcels ordered on different dates for 10days or over with no updates what so ever I’d give them minus 10 stars if I could

Absolutely outrageous company, so many items that have gone missing, maybe they should employ honest workers..

Honestly if a seller is using Hermes then don’t use the seller because you’ll never receive your item. Hermes are absolutely dreadful. They shouldn't be allowed to operate. And that’s because they don’t operate. They are incompetent and completely not fit for purpose. I can only imagine they’re cheap which is why sellers mistakenly still use them

Parcels never on time of ever delivered

If i could give a minus stars i would. This company is an absolute joke. They lost my first parcel so the seller sent a second one but yes you got ig parcel 2 is also gone. In future i will not buy from a company thag uses Hermes/ Evri. Pathetic

As other people are saying I’ve been waiting for my parcel for 3weeks. It is very weird somebody should report this situation to police I guess. They might be really stealing items. I don’t wanna put even 1star…

Shocking company should be shut down changing the name doesn't hide the fact they are not fit for purpose just thieve's and conmen company's should state they use Hermes then I can avoid them

2 parcels ordered.... 2 parcels not delivered!! 100% failure rate... Rubbish!!

Absolutely terrible service from this company.I have yet to have a delivery land on time by this company .. Once your delivery date is missed there is no way of tracking your item … really bad customer service !!

Absolute awful service, no card left. Asked for parcel to be delivered in usual place and they say they attempted 3 times, 3 days in a row. Absolute rubbish
