This service deserves absolutely no stars I don’t understand how they can still operate I’ve been waiting for an delivery for the past 3 weeks I’m really not impressed at all and it’s not the first time I’ve had problems with Hermes it’s absolutely rubbish

All the horror stories are true Apparently my hardback book was posted through my letterbox 3 days. It’s a Victorian letterbox and there’s no way they can get it through. So they’ve posted it somewhere and not left me a note to say to wherever the heck it is. Bad. Very very bad!! Not happy 0 stars

Ordered my parcel Tuesday morning next day delivery. Its sat night 3rd December still not here. Paid extra for quicker delivery. I bet the free shipping would of been quicker!!! Still saying its due to be delivered today

Where to start? You would get faster delivery via one-winged pigeon with arthritis. Next day? Forget it! You have to consider yourself lucky if your parcel ever turns up. I waited 2 weeks for a "48 hour guaranteed" service, tracking said it was still at the hub. I put a comment on instagram and clown like customer services said they would chase it. They meant theu would chase it like a blind tortoise with a missing leg. Anyway, it turned up a week later, despite tracking saying it was yet to leave their delivery hub, which i assume is located in some fantasy land. Avoid at all costs. I've started cancelling items i ordered the second it states "hermes delivery" this saves waiting for 2 weeks to find the item elsewhere.

This is why hermes is cheap there absolutely crap for a parcel delivery service so big. Do not use them royal mails way better & that's saying something. Ide never use this company no matter how cheap it is stay well away your customers will M not be happy

They should improve their service, not just change their name.

The worst delivery company I have ever seen, they don’t knock the door, they don’t ring the doorbell. They just come and leave then say they’ve been asked to return the parcel. Your company is terrible!!!!! Do better!!!

I would rate them less if I could. Item was supposed to be delivered days ago and it was tracked to be with Hermes since Wednesday and here we are day before the event and it’s still not arrived.

Waited in for delivery at time stated. Time came no delivery followed by message saying it'll be here in next 4 to 7 days. Total shambles.ZERO STAR RATING. Disgusting service
