Abysmal Wanted in all day yesterday, up to 8pm still no show. This order was for a memorial display for my late husband, but when is it arriving, I need to go out shopping, chances are it will arrive when I am out. Please hermes update your customer access, and inform those recipients when delivery will be, eta between 12.45pm and 14.45 That way it give us an indication of arrival , then we can time our shopping trip with deliveries

Been waiting for a parcel since 28th November but still saying it’s at the delivery hub, absolutely disgraceful ????

If I could give 0 stars I would it's terrible service the tracking never works and is always late .

Apparently missed an attempted delivery. But we were home and there was no attempt to deliver. Not was a card left.

Terrible service, they have already scheduled delivery three times and it is never actually delivered, they always reschedule for the next day but so far nothing...

Total BS delivery, status shows it’s been on a truck for a week. Now it says maybe lost. Amazon needs to find a better delivery partner!!!!

They've chucked my parcel into the garden in the rain. And haven't let me know. Been in the rain for hours

Item arrived all ok yet I did have a problem a few years ago with a item saying attempt was made that was a total lie I was in all day this time perfect it’s who delivers your goods that are a problem good to a disgrace.

Wait wait no delivery 12 day wait

I dropped my parcel with you on the 23rd November and it still not out for delivery this is a returned parcel and if its not back within a time frame I will loose my money and be looking to you for the money
