Been waiting over 2 weeks for wallpaper tracking not working

Hermes steal my amazon package!!!!!!

I have used this company for years for Uk shipping Europe no problem

Horrible service, I haven't received parcel even after 10 days. Tracking information not updated!

Useless, tracking a waste of time, UKs worst courier.

They say they tried to deliver the parcel and they never showed up. scammers

Also you can’t contact anyone to resolve the issue as the tracking order says it does exist and the automated phone tells you it’s delivered and hangs up on you!!

Hermes/Evri did not attempt to deliver! I work from home.

Terrible service please avoid if you can never be on time

Been waiting since the 17 November for parcel to arrive on a click and collect, been saying at delivery depot since 21 November!

I was out on Wednesday the 30th of November 2022 all day and I got a message on my Amazon account saying that my parcel was delivered so I went round all my neighbours to see who has got my parcel and not one of them have got it the delivery driver didn't even put a card threw my letter box to say who had it bad delivery company

Tracking says delivered at 11 17 at night can't find it. On this occasion zero rating

Got an email saying my parcel had been delivered through the letter box yesterday 01.12.22 at 20:11pm. I was in the house and nothing has been delivered. No card or photo to prove it has been delivered. Checked my home CCTV cameras and surprise no one delivered nothing. Now trying to sort it with Hermes/Evri is impossible.

Poor service! Parcels never arrive on time makes it hard when you run a small business. Not satisfied!
