Crap don't understand y sellers keep sending parcels just for them to get stolen!!

Didn’t even attempt to deliver my parcel I was in all day waiting then got an email saying they had attempted to deliver my parcel

Waiting now for 12 days still not here

My parcel is in the local depot for one week, no update at all

When Hermes was Hermes it was a good service even sent parcel to EU no problem now it’s changed no for the better

BEWARE DON'T USE. Ordered 2 air fryers. 1 delivered, photo taken by driver of just the 1 delivered. According to evri as parcel delivered and photo to prove no further action. Tried everything but evri refused to investigate. Hope delivery driver enjoys using it. Shane on evri

Had this message YOUR PARCEL IS AT THE DELIVERY DEPOT AND WE'LL LET YOU KNOW WHEN IT'S OUT FOR DELIVERY for 2 days on tracking. Surely my parcel should not be that long waiting to go out for delivery.

This company is a waste of space, useless, incompetent pile of crap.

I was home but got message to say tried to deliver. Contact carrier. Tried but line always busy. Other carriers leave in my safe place. Why not this one

Both my parcels are now 8 day's past the delivery date. This company is USELESS and INCOMPETENT.

?Minus 5* would be more a create Hermes (now also known as 'Evri") completely useless again. They had many days to see that I'd ordered an Amazon product, but only collected just before date due. No surprise it's now late. They (as Evri) also act as collectors for Amazon returns. No specific time window given for allotted date AND seemingly often lie about "we tried to collect but you weren't in". I was both times. AWFUL company.

Absulutly awful! Ordered 13 days ago! Item. Still not arrived, all it says is waiting for driver! You guys use to be good at a point, what happened?
