Abysmal as usual, only put 1 star as you cannot put 0 stars! Had my parcel since 17th November… now December 2nd. What a shambles!!

The last update was that it is at the delivery depot. So why hasn't it been delivered? Useless yes!

Evri can you please bring my parcel to me. I have been waiting everlastingly for my parcel as I am travelling soon. This service is soo ridiculous!!

I have a safe place registered so when I am not home it’s left there , there’s no where to change that choice either and my delivery driver didn’t leave the item there , first attempt therefore I will not be in second and third attempt and obviously won’t leave it there , so it will go back !!!! As no number to contact courier to sooo called rearrange

My parcel has still not been delivered never had information or nothing it's been a week ago now. Its such a shame as this parcel is my little girls christmas present that she's wished for. This is making me upset as well as my daughter will be. 0 starts what so ever from me. Very disappointed ?

My parcel has been picked up by the company since the 14th of November and I was supposed to receive my items on the 26th... it's December 1st and still nothing. If I had the option of choosing a different deliver service I would've chose a homing pigeon. Dreadful

Absolutely rubbish delivery service, say they've attempted to deliver at 4.21pm complete fabrication!! Instructed to contact them, so using the tracking number it says sorry for delay????!!! I give up

Absolutely shocking they said they delivered my parcel to the delivery address ( which is Norfolk by the way) and it said that someone signed for it in LONDON

What can I say apart from I will never use this service myself as they say my parcel has been delivered but I've been to the local parcel shop and low and be hold no parcel

Said pick up from stop on 28 and no further tracking . Should have been here today . Looks like its gone into a black hole or stolen

Still awaiting for my package 4days late today

Ordered something online at eBay was told would be delivered by Hermes by 25th November 2022 today is 1st dec 2022 I’m still waiting for my delivery as has NOT arrived. Tried to contact company but can’t get thro . Update on 25th nov said parcel will be delivered today and I’m still waiting Anyone any idea how I actually get thro to someone to find out where my package is Just hoping it doesn’t turn up damaged ?

Left my parcel outside a whole block of flats and now it’s been taken

Worst service ever!! Doesn't work! They tell you that they attempted the delivery when they didn't! They make you stay at home all day waiting for a parcel that doesn't arrive, wasting your time and money! They should close the company! I'm not going to order anymore products when they are delivered with Hermes. I really hope people will do the same!! I want to see you close!
