This company is a useless bunch of idiots. They have been voted as the worst courier company for the last 2 year's. I've been waiting for 2 deliveries which are both 7 day's past the delivery date. Hermes & Eviri are all the same company and they are the worst I've ever had to deal with. GET IT SORTED OUT YOU IDIOT'S!

They wrote that attempted to deliver the item but the gate was locked and the driveway wasn't accessible. Nobody showed up. We don't have the gate don't have driveway either as we live near to the street.

Poor service tracking information is useless worst courier company in the UK voted 2 year's running. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY DON'T USE THIS BUNCH OF WASTERS.

If there was a half a star I would grudge giving that half star as a recommendation. Has to be the worst delivery company on the planet. Shockingly bad in ever way possible. How they are still in business is beyond me .

Can't understand why an order has arrived within 2 days, yet a beanbag hasn't been delivered from 2 weeks ago from amazon just baffled!!!

Just said this item has been delivered and it has not at all. I hate this so call deliver company. About time they get shut down. So mad they lie and now I have lost a Christmas gift again cos of this place
