Very bad service

The worst courier service ever, my parcel should be delivered on Saturday last week it's Thursday and still nothig no contact from hermes no possible delivery date. Ridiculous and not acceptable!

Thats absolutely ridiculous the parcel should be delivered on Saturday and now is Thursday week after and still nothing even not possible date for delivery... Unacceptable!

Never gets delivered when it says 5/7 day’s delivery is joke

I have been waiting for an package for a week now, and all it say is there been an issue with the package while in transit and enquire have been raised? What ever that mean, the send have tried to find out were it is aswell and they have had no luck, here's is useless can't even tell me we're the package is

If I could leave 0 stars I would. 3d printer never got delivered few months ago, proof of delivery was a black picture and now same again with another parcel. Amazed this company is still in buisness

Would be better off learning to drive and collecting it myself than waiting on Hermes to deliver, won’t even let me cancel my order or arrange a different courier

The courier left my parcel under the wheel of my car. What possessed them to think that was a good idea?? Luckily my husband spotted it, although it wasn’t crushed, the box was wet through. This company is getting worse. Still waiting on more parcels from the 23/11 and no where near getting them.

I have found Hermes delivery good Ian my local courier is excellent always delivers my parcel with care
