Zero zero. at best on a good day

Shocking service. Contact number is automated and impossible to navigate. I speak the queens English & it doesn’t understand. When it finally accepts tracking, it tells you to try again as your number is not recognised. Shoddy horrendous service. My parcel has been with them weeks!

Bloody awful! Parcels are always late with the excuse that we live on a new estate forgetting that they had already delivered to our address on several occasions

Very bad service company I can’t contact them by phone cuz phone contact is not correct that one show in website

No update on my parcel since 25/11/22 when I was told there was a slight delay and to check in the morning. Still waiting! Impossible to speak to anyone. My tracking number is not being recognised. So frustrating!!!

Utter rubbish, say tried to deliver but cameras say different. Nobody turned up at all.

Bad delivery people don't know jack

Not to bad of a company drivers not delivering or they might be stealing from people

They should shut down this service because they never done their job perfectly. Very disappointed

Very poor service, never seem to be able to deliver parcels on scheduled days, that's if they do actually deliver

Im Just over 10 miles from the depot holding my parcel. A 2 day delay so far for no reason. Even if received today it would take less time than they've took so far, for me to cover the same distance on a pogo stick, bouncing backwards even just to rub it in.

Said parcel was collected for delivery nearly a week ago,still nothing!!!!

Absolutely dreadful service 6 days and still waiting for my package
