Just in reading reviews left, along side my parcel being in your depot for past 3 days, stating waiting on courier to pick up, stand tall and take some, all these delayed parcel's can not surly be getting delivered by the same person, your problems are obviously a bigger issue to your customers than they are to yourselves. To use you again gonna depend on how much longer I've to wait for.

Change job you are not made for deliveries the goods must be delivered on time given that I have been waiting for 7 days I hope the next purchase it will not be you so perhaps the next order you will have to deliver I will have it when I retire what a failure

Waited 10 days for parcel now saying its maybe lost alexa said it would be delivered yesterday now saying no parcel for me absolute joke !!!!!

I was at home waiting for my parcel than I looked and it said that I wasnt home and they will try delivery again the next day this was 20 October it’s now 29 of November this is a joke

Waiting for two parcels both two week over due, got to be one of the worst delivery companies you could use. Impossible to talk to anybody and a chargeable number, that never that keeps you on hold, really poor service.

Ridiculous service, entered the hub on the 17th November and still no sign of progressing. I could have walked the bloody thing here quicker!

I have ordered my parcel on the 11th said it will be delivered between the 18th to the 20th still hasn’t come and not been updated sense the 25th so disappointing going on holiday soon and needed the stuff I ordered nearly 6 hundred pounds worth feel sick

What a joke of a delivery service. Why give you a tracking number and no follow up information. Still showing exactly same details as 3 weeks ago. Absolutely shocking

Awful, I get deliveries from virtually every other carrier without a problem but these people are a joke, excuse after excuse, worst carriers I've ever had deliveries from. The latest delivery of a mattress is now over a week late, they say they tried to deliver but there's staff on at the point of delivery from 8am till 6pm, there's a huge sign saying deliveries to call a phone number that has 24 hour attendance. Rubbish

Worst delivery company ever. Who actually delivers to a block of flats, gives the parcel to a neighbour and then does not put a card through the door. Guess I better start chapping doors then to find it. Hope the delivery drivers next sh*t is a pineapple

I really wish companies would stop using this poor excuse of a delivery partner. Time after time they always let you down.

Computer says no I'm getting stuff earlier than the old stuff where is it it's not been delivered useless
