Awful stuff sitting at hub why . I am getting newer stuff first

Apparently I have signed for my parcel today, I’m not sure how I have actually done so because I was not actually at home at the time of the delivery I was at work until 17.30, or on Hermes tracking information it’s been left in a secure place however it doesn’t say where that safe place actually is, not very helpful at all.

Tracking said parcel delivered on 28/11/22 but I haven't received my parcel.

The worst delivery company i know. I always avoid buying anything now of the seller uses Hermes.

Absolute joke 10 days late can someone please tell me what is going on

Package is a week late now, no tracking update other than it has been delayed and no response from hermes

My parcel has been in you local hub since 17th November it is now 28th November so where is it?

Very poor service, parcel in depot 4 days ago. Still not out for delivery

Parcel just sitting in hub gathering dust since Friday and it's only 3 miles away and can't collect it zero star rating

I would never uses these again I was spose to receive my.parcel last.thursday and now it next Monday I keep trying to contact em and you get no where with em you type the tracking number and that say load of rubbish avoided at all cost.

Over a week and still waiting, never had any issues in the past, so why now, I understand it's almost Xmas, but so long a delay is unnecessary and infuriating, specially when they say it will be delivered today at between this time and this time, people have lives to live and not sit indoors waiting day after day because you are not delivering.

Lost a collection and a delivery in one week. They can't seriously be trying - it would take some effort to be this poor.

Feel very sorry for any businesses that use Hermes, absolute disgrace. Don’t seem to have any idea what they have done with orders, no updates, silly excuses. Avoid if at all possible.
