What a shock delivery delayed, no doubt they can’t find my address or package is lost again

Would give no stars but that's nit an option. You might have changed your name but your still a disgrace !!!!!

Sooo slow and ru bish service

Try to not use hermes as much as possible, really not the best for delivering goods. I'm lucky my delivery person will try a couple of times to deliver the parcel.

Only one star because zero stars isn’t an option. Why is it you seem unable to complete a delivery when you’ve already got it on the van. It happens a lot, is it because of our post code or is it your drivers just cannot be arsed, whichever way your service is immeasurably poor

Paid for delivery before the time I need it and my parcel has sat at the hub for 5 days now ? should have been delivery 4days ago!

3 days late and still no sign. Now saying it’s lost!

Waited for my order to be delivered from myHermes for 11 days and still haven't got it I know everyone is busy but I think that is starting to really take the mickey
