Don't like being a pessimist but waited since Wednesday its Saturday, and still nothing, my mum and all the rest of my family died this last year, I was going to wear what I've order to attend the cemetery to place flowers, hope they arrive in time just abit disappointing. Its a year this next month since my brother died, and my other brother a week and a half after, it wasn't a very good childhood but they left young family's behind and I feel I must be as strong and well presented as possible for those of their trees left behind.

Said my parcel was due by 8 pm and still not receive looked in to it and days my parcel is delayed and won't be here on time only been waiting 2 weeks!!

No need to give even one star this company is a joke have been waiting for my parcel for ages all l get is sorry your delivery is delayed. Almost over a week now nothing has arrived.

Still waiting...parcel been at hub over a week... courier service appalling. I received a parcel from china in under a week..but Hermes can't deliver my parcel that has been in the local hub for over a week

worst company in the world….ment have parcel delivered 2 day ago for my daughter birthday which is today an no one made any contact with me or when its going to arrive….wont be getting anything delivered from them again
