Hermes are the worst delivery service I have ever encountered. They will deliver your parcel to a neighbour and not tell you which one or even leave a note. I don't know how you are still in business. Terrible.

Lucky to get one star. Absolute joke of a company

Awful. Suppose to deliver on Wednesday on the Saturday for notification to say it couldn’t be delivered. Trawled through customer services to find a message to say they would let me know when they could deliver it…… really useful!

They lied, I was at home 24th, 25th , I didn't see them, cau you pls delivere my item, bloody rubbish

Useless, had a parcel being sent to me, on tracking “ label being reprinted” can’t contact Hermes /Everi, the chat is automated response no real person their, change the company name still the same old antics.

Honestly a joke I ordered something on the 1st November and it said it was on its way on the 17th then while it was on its way it got delayed for 24 hours then 48 hours I haven’t heard anything of my parcel of the things I bought it’s been weeks now and still ain’t got my stuff!

I placed an order on 16th November that was picked up by carrier on the 16th supposed to be delivered by the 21st Nov and as of today am still waiting for delivery. No tracking updates recorded apart from it being collected by carrier on 16th. Not first time having issue with these

Received Email Earlier today to say parcel out for delivery at 1.20 received another email Saying we tried to deliver your parcel but you was not in absolute lie I was in all day also I have a porch I have a door bell and I have a dog who barks if anyone comes near my front door and I can assure you no one came to my house there was no photo on message Why lie I would rather them say sorry we can’t deliver today

Terrible company totally incompetent

Just use Royal Mail. have had nothing but problems with Hermes, receiving or sending, their insurance is a joke as well, if you’re sending anything other than a brick, you’re not covered for damage.

Parcel should be here 2 days ago but tracking says „late due to a road accident” - no way to check when it’s going to be delivered. This company is a joke.

I really wanted to give -5 as a rating, but as I can’t I could only give a 1, this company is a complete waste of time. I ordered a product on 8th Nov it was dispatched on 11th Nov, yet on 12th Nov the tracking states that there is a delay!! Now on 25th Nov and still no order!! I’ve tried to contact this company several times but have had no luck what so ever.

Always something goes wrong with hermes, says delivered and then you check and its says will be delivered today between time, and no times given. They are useless

Delivery expected yesterday 24/11/22. Received message at 20.56 last evening stating "delivery interrupted as no access to front door or driveway". A down right lie our drive is completely open to access from the road and very wide. Plus the fact we were in the room overlooking our drive and road, no delivery van came anywhere near our house last night! Apparently they are going to attempt to deliver again today before 8pm. We won't hold our breath and will be reporting this lie/excuse to Amazon. It is very detrimental to their reputation!!

Another parcel out for delivery 2 days running and delivery not even attempted now tracking says it will be delivered some time in the next 5 days. Time you gave up as a delivery company all reviews the same late or lost deliveries.
