I'm from 7 Francis street tonypandy clydach vale cf402dx I Avent had my delivery it's been over a week now

Parcel on Amazon prime due Tuesday said nobody was home even though we have a ring doorbell and nobody showed up. Now Friday and still nothing. Terrible service Hermes / Evri how you can continue business like that is a joke.

According to your tracking, My parcel has been with Hermes since the 7 th November, it is now the 25th November and it still hasn’t been delivered to me??

What a shambles no tracking information is up to date, one says its at the local delivery depot for delivery today and the the other is saying its at the hub, considering it was due for delivery between the 24th and 25th November, I suppose it might get here before Christmas if its going to get here at all..

Appalling service!! Two delayed parcels within a few days. No way to contact them and enquire where, when and how long will it be. Avoid!!!!

Absolutely joke I’m at home for the last 3days but yet still they said no one was at home still waiting on the delivery

I sometimes wonder if they are still trading. They aren't really a company - they just collect a few parcels now and then. No quality control over any aspect of there service.

You are a load of c**p you have had 2 of my parcels for over a week no explanation or when they will be delivered.

Ordered and paid for an item off e bay on the 14th November, it's now the 25th of November and it's still not here, not even moved from the depot. Had I known the seller was using this company I would not have bought it. Contacted seller on several occasions about it, still no movement, this company is saverly constipated, nothing moves. I have agreed to wait until weekend, at that point I am requesting a refund, it's a complete joke, they even had the cheek to ask me for £6 for an update, which I didn't pay, I think the only ones they attemp to deliver are the ones that pay the £6, so they get paid twice, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.......

Mines never going to arrive , probably at an auction house now being sold off as lost parcels

I can't understand how this company cand be taken over by another company , what a shame that they are now even worse

A delivery driver is the best

Ordered from eday on a Monday late afternoon paid for next day delivery at £9 was email to say Wednesday and now Friday and still no delivery!!!! I never have any other problems with other post just Hermes.......?

Hermes claimed to have delivered my parcel yesterday afternoon but that there was nobody at home. Absolute balderdash. I was sitting less than 2 metres from the door and nobody attempted to deliver anything.

I have been waiting 3 days and still nothing I will telling people not to use this service
